Do you photograph homes in Sacramento?

Yes. Sacramento is where we shoot the most, with more than 270 Sacramento listings since January 2024.

What areas do you serve?

How fast will I get my photos?

How far ahead do I need to book?

About 3 business days ahead. The booking page shows open times.

How much does real estate photography cost?

Prices depend on the home's square footage and the services you choose, and they change from time to time. To get an exact, current price, enter the property address on our booking page.

Are your drone pilots licensed?

Yes. Our drone pilots hold an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, which is required to fly drones for commercial work like real estate. In controlled airspace near airports such as Sacramento International, Sacramento Executive and Mather, the pilot gets FAA approval before flying.

Can you show property lines on drone photos?

Yes. For land and larger lots, we can add property lines to drone photos and video.

Do you photograph Airbnb and vacation rentals?

Yes. We photograph short-term rentals for hosts and property managers in the Sacramento area and at Lake Tahoe, including South Lake Tahoe, Tahoe Vista, Kings Beach and Incline Village. We offer listing photos, drone, twilight photos and 3D Matterport tours, and we can shoot between guest stays.

Do you offer 3D Matterport tours?

Yes. A Matterport tour lets buyers or guests walk the property online. You get a share link and embed code, and the tour includes a measuring tool.

Do you do twilight photos?

Yes. Twilight photos are exterior shots taken around sunset with the home's lights on. They make a strong first photo.

Do you offer video?

Yes. Listing videos are edited to music, with your name and contact info at the end, and can include drone clips.

Do I have to be at the shoot?

No. Leave a lockbox for us, or arrange access with a code box or someone on site, and add the access details when you book.

How many photos do I get?

There's no cap. You get as many photos as the property needs.

How do I pay?

You pay after the shoot, once you've previewed your media.

What's your cancellation policy?

We have no cancellation fees.

What if I'm not happy with the photos?

Tell us and we'll make it right. We offer revisions and a money-back guarantee.
